Universal Convent School, founded as a public school with English medium in 1996 in Kaladhungi (Nainital). It is a private institution run by Universal Education Society Chhoti Haldwani, Kaladhungi and is one of the prestigious schools in Nainital. The school is affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education Delhi, which is the largest educational board in the country.
